A fixed response time is not promised. Sending repeated copies of the same report is less useful than one message that identifies the page and provides the relevant evidence.
What to include in a correction
Identify the page and claim
Copy the page URL and quote only the sentence or short passage that needs attention. Say whether the issue is a fact, a translation, a broken link or a layout problem.
Add the relevant evidence
For game behaviour, include the installed version and an official source or a concise description of the observed result. For a website problem, include the browser and approximate screen size.
Suggest the correction
Explain what the page should say or what you expected to happen. A small screenshot can help when it shows the issue; remove private account details before sending it.
For a problem with the game itself
Use the developer’s Steam community and support links from the official game page for crashes, save problems or gameplay bug reports. Steam’s own support handles Steam purchases and account access. We cannot inspect your account, issue refunds or promise that a game bug will be fixed.
You can still tell us when a game change makes a guide inaccurate. In that case, focus your message on the website statement and the evidence that it needs changing.
Send only what the report needs
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment details or private account recovery information. A correction normally needs a page address and evidence, not access to your account.
Email is processed through email services outside this website. Read the Privacy Policy for the distinction between browsing the site and choosing to send a message. Source and image attribution questions are also welcome through this address.
